We, at Bafra, believe that no company or entity exists in isolation and that every entity has a responsibility to the environment and the community in which it operates.
While we we are working on a formalized CSR policy and procedures and always aim to act in an ethical manner in all of our business practices and, where possible, to minimize or eliminate any negative environmental impact. Choosing sustainable supply partners (be it sourcing FSC certified paper or tanneries that minimize the use of chrome and chemicals in their processes).
Supporting our employees by offering flexible working hours in order to accommodate family obligations.
Giving back to the community through teaching and training programs.
Donating directly to worthwhile causes.
